Jason Myers
Jason is a seasoned for-purpose leader who prides himself on building engaged and committed teams to tackle inequity and injustice. He has been the Executive Director of Oxfam Aotearoa since 2023 and sits on the global leadership group for Oxfam International. He returned to Oxfam as no stranger, having been Director of Advocacy and Campaigns from 2014-2016. Prior to leading Oxfam, Jason was Chief Executive of the New Zealand AIDS Foundation (now Burnett Foundation Aotearoa). Here, he led a transformational change in strategic approach that subsequently saw the lowest numbers of annual new HIV infections in Aotearoa in recorded history. Beyond leadership, Jason has held representational and governance roles in New Zealand and across the Asia-Pacific. His early work was in academia where he completed a social sciences PhD at the University of Auckland and post-doctoral research in palliative care at University College London.

Mark Laurence is the founder and CEO of Ten Past Tomorrow, a New Zealand-based AI consultancy and education business. A trained futurist (Institute for the Future), Mark works with senior leadership teams and their operational teams across New Zealand to build practical AI capability and strategy.
Through his flagship course Rapid AI Traction and the Path to AI Emergence programme, Mark has guided dozens of NZ organisations through the process of understanding, adopting and embedding AI into their operations and culture. Matt Radford is the founder of Vulnerable Paths and an international specialist in Vulnerability Management with over 10 years’ experience developing policy, guidance and best practice for charities working with people in Vulnerable Circumstances. He is supported by 15 years’ experience leading customer and supporter acquisition, retention and experience programmes with supporter contact teams.
Matt is deputy chair of the UK's chartered institute of fundraising's (CIOF) professional conduct committee', and is on the UK's data and marketing association's (DMA) governance committee.
